Insurance and Payment Guidelines
We are a fee-for-service practice and accept payment at the time of service for any portion not estimated to be covered by your insurance. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard for your convenience.
If you have dental insurance, we’re glad to assist you in maximizing your benefits. While we are not in-network with any insurance company, we work with most PPO and POS plans and are happy to file claims on your behalf. Your insurance plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance company, and coverage can vary. Based on the information available, we will provide you with an estimate and ask that you pay your portion at the time of your visit. Any insurance payments we receive will be applied directly to your account. If a balance remains after insurance pays, we will notify you promptly.

We understand that some treatments require a greater investment, and we want to make that as manageable as possible. That’s why we offer flexible payment solutions through CareCredit®, which provides interest-free and low-interest financing plans with no upfront costs or prepayment penalties.
