At Peachtree Corners Dental Associates, we commit to providing quality dental care to our patients in a safe and welcoming environment. We are always happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding upcoming treatments, fees, etc. It is important to us that you understand our financial policy before deciding to undergo treatment with our team.

Payment Due at Time of Service

Peachtree Corners Dental Associates requires payment at the time of service for any fee your dental insurance company will not cover. We currently accept most major credit cards, including Discover, Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. We also accept cash and checks.

If you are currently utilizing dental insurance, that’s great! These benefits are included in a contract established between your employer and the dental insurance group. We take it upon ourselves to maintain a current history of all payments made for services by a given company. We will then make an estimate of the portion you will owe based on the most current information we have, and this will be due at the time of service. We will send your visit summary to the insurance company on your behalf and apply any payments they send to us to your account. It is important to understand that if your insurance company does not provide full payment, the remaining balance becomes the patient’s responsibility.

If we prescribe treatment that is large in scope and requires a larger sum to be paid, we are happy to share affordable financing through CareCredit. CareCredit is offered to make healthcare expenses affordable to those who either do not have dental insurance or when the portion you are responsible for is significant. CareCredit offers no-interest payment plans with terms that range from 3 to 60 months. Once you become approved with CareCredit, you can manage your health and wellness costs in a way that is convenient for you. Missed Appointments

When we agree on an appointment date/time with our patients, this block of time is reserved for treatment. We strongly encourage you to keep any appointments you make with us. However, we understand that emergencies that may prevent you from making it in for your appointment can occur. When possible, we ask that you provide our office with a 48-hour notice if you believe you will need to miss an upcoming appointment. This allows us to free this time for another patient. If you miss more than one appointment, we may require a $50 fee to be paid or that you prepay for your next appointment.
